The Thunder Gods from Dewata Island. Rollfast's sound is honest, intoxicating and it would not seem over the top to compare their music to a Balinese version of Nicolas Cage riding a stripped down big motorcycle fully drenched in flaming motor oil going berserk on Denpasar streets dragging two chained mini-devils, FUCKIN BRUTAL. Although they are quite an ace for serene songs too, so try imagining the Balinese Nicolas Cage on a break toking on local cigarettes under a shady Sacred Tree for those songs.
Comprising of Agha Praditya (vocals, harmonica), Gungwah Brahmantia (guitar), Aan Triandana (bass), Bayu Krisna (guitar), and Ayrton Maurits Willem (drums), Rollfast released their debut LP in 2015 through Trill/Cult Records and later released a split 7" with Sigmun through a co-release between Slap Bet Records Singapore and Orange Cliff Records.
"Rollfast is a band that I’ve been following for a while; a five-piece from Bali, Indonesia it purveys a great line in blues drenched psych rock that, in the limited number of releases I’ve heard, has never disappointed." -Simon Delic (Backseatmafia.com)
